This course explores NHS governance structures, the role of corporate and clinical governance in Clinical Risk and Safety, and auditing governance opportunities within an organisation.

Organisational culture (SPP1C03)

In this course, you will learn what 'organisational culture' and 'culture' are and their links to both performance and sustainability in a business. You will learn what is meant by a 'toxic culture', and how to apply the Tuckman model strategically.

Understanding the environmental, social and governance agenda and its relevance to the NHS (SHA1C02)

This course introduces you to ESG, what it is and how it’s used. We’ll then look at an alternative approach for the NHS – the triple bottom line.

Human behaviour (SPP1C02)

In this course, you will learn models and theories of human behaviour, ethics, values and beliefs.

Portfolio assignment activities (SPP1C00)

In this course, you will be able to access the instructions for all portfolio assignment activities you will need to complete for the Level 7 Senior People Professional apprenticeship.
