How do I access my courses?
All of your assigned courses can be found in your Dashboard, which is linked in the top right corner of this page. They will appear in the sequence you're meant to complete them in (e.g., AO1C01, AO2C02, etc.) If you ever notice the courses on your dashboard are meant for a different programme than the one you're in, let your Skills Coach know!

What is the LDN Content Library and how do I access it?
The LDN Content Library is a collection of courses that we have developed to support you with your personal and professional growth. These courses are organised by topic, and can be accessed at any time! The LDN Content Library can be found at the bottom of your Dashboard.

I need a refresher on some key details about my apprenticeship and my Skills Coach. Where can I find this?
Good news, you can find what you need in the section just above this one! Just select your apprenticeship from the blue cards, then you'll be taken to your programme page. This contains key details about your apprenticeship!

I started a course but want to go back to my Dashboard. How can I do this?
On the left-hand side of each course, you'll see a sidebar listing the course title and lessons within it. If the sidebar doesn't appear right away, click the 3 small lines in the corner to open it! Once the sidebar is open, it will say "< Go to Dashboard" under the LDN Apprenticeships logo. Click on that, and voila!

I started a course but didn't finish it before exiting. Will my progress be saved?
Yes! Your progress will be tracked up to the last time you clicked the Mark Complete button within a course. To pick up where you left off last time you logged out, click the Launch Course button on your dashboard.

How can I tell if I've already completed a course?
When you hover over a course, look for a tick in the bottom right corner. If you see one, it means it's been completed! If you haven't finished all of the lessons within a course, you will see an arrow in the bottom right corner instead.
